Rev. Timothy Lanigan
Pastor Tim is a native of Ayr, Ontario, Canada and was called to be the Associate Pastor of Southport Church in 2017. He was elected as Lead Pastor in April of 2024. Pastor Tim holds a Bachelor of Church Music degree from God’s Bible School & College and is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene. Prior to coming to Southport Pastor Tim served in ministry in West Alabama. Pastor Tim and Kyla have been married for 9 years and they have 6 children; Charlotte, Cora Jane, Henry, Caroline, Lucy, and Simon Peter. Pastor Tim enjoys kayaking, playing the piano and has recently learned to swing a softball bat!

Associate Pastor
Taylor Bryan
We are pleased to welcome Taylor Bryan to our ministry staff as our full time associate pastor. Taylor recently graduated from Kentucky Mountain Bible College with a ministry degree. Taylor was raised in Alaska and Virginia and has a heart for unsaved people. He is especially passionate about teenagers and young people. He loves seeing people won to Jesus. As associate pastor, his responsibilities will include ministering to teenagers and families, leading the youth group, teaching Sunday School, assisting our pastor in the preaching ministry and various other assignments where his gifts dictate. We are excited for the future and are full of anticipation for the great things the Lord will accomplish among us with Bro. Taylor on our ministry team.

Pastor Rick has spent his live in ministry in churches across the Mid-West. He was hired as Care Pastor in the summer of 2024. He and his wife Mary have been happily married for 50+ years and are passionate about discipling believers.

Cameron Sankey
Cameron Sankey is a graduate of God's Bible School and College in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has years of experience from music ministry with his parents and leading worship at other churches. He and his wife Sydney were married in May of 2024 and recently moved to Indianapolis.

Gedeon Mugenga
We are pleased to welcome Gedeon Mugenga to our ministry staff as a ministry intern. Gedeon recently graduated from Kentucky Mountain Bible College with a degree in pastoral ministry. A native of Rwanda, Africa, Gedeon has a heart for missions, ministry and seeing people won to Jesus. He is joining our ministry staff to assist in a wide variety of ministry areas including preaching, teaching, leading, music ministry, young adult, teen and family ministries. We’re excited for what we believe the Lord will accomplish here at Southport Church through and with Bro. Gedeon!
